"You can judge a man's true character by the way he treats his fellow animals." –Paul McCartney

Living a more humane, healthy and conscious life while eating a vegetarian diet, personally makes me happier and healthier. Eating mainly fish and vegetable proteins give me the benefits of fiber, healthy fats and lowering the my cholesterol while decreasing the risks of heart disease, cancer and obesity

Lowering my carbon foot-print is something I have been learning about and will do more research but the expense to feed, house and transport livestock is enormous and not something I support.

Respecting my body and feeling good becoming healthier and improving the quality of my life is my goal. Each day, more aware of how my body feels, performs and looking into the future knowing that if I want to be the best I can be mentally and physically eating vegetarian is a priority for me.
