As an older sister, I know that helping my sisters, encouraging them, helping them, and loving who they are, as they are is empowering. Having 6 girls in a family, we are all very much alike but very different.

By empowering my sistars and other women as grandmothers and aunts, :

, We create a world where everyone has a voice and is heard. When we support each other, we create a community that is powerful and safe. Empowered women know that their strength comes from their ability to empower others.

We are creating a world where diversity and inclusion are celebrated. When we come together, we can create a world where everyone has the opportunity to thrive. Do not look at the obstacles, but all the opportunities we have to grow.

By empowering other women, we are creating a world where everyone has the chance to become their best self creating a world where everyone feels valued for who they are right now in this moment.
