Meet Kalina

My journey of self discovery started decades of healing and growing with change, divorce, 

death and new beginnings. Life, lessons and love have brought me to and through a journey 

of transformation. Intuitively we find our way out and step beyond the pain, trauma and 

begin again.

It is in the deepest, darkest valley of life we finally step up and out of the past, belief system and we have 

known, listened to and know we are awake to the truth. We were vulnerable, and for many of us it took decades to find our voice and begin again.  

 

Each day I put myself out there. I am nourishing my mind body and soul

with love and encouragement.

The light that shines within me, expands, releases and transforms into an energy

Exploding into a metamorphosis that surrounds me
Illuminating and healing
Rhythms of pausing and shifting
Diving deep into a pool of unknowingness

I rise again blessed, stronger, wiser and healthier in the peaks of self love

My soul evolves, shines brighter, vibrating harmony, embracing a renewing of my spirit

Releasing and receiving the abundance the Universe showers over our lives.

Setting an intention and a wonderful new chapter begins.. Pulling off the masks we think we need to wear, we move forward. Many years I wore those masks to protect myself like many of you. Life happens and we all find ways of handling what we need to go through. This journey has brough along many opportunities to begin again.
